Animal Alphabeats Group Music Classes
A music and science curriculum like nothing else in Lancaster County — created by a homeschool mom for homeschool families.
Created by a Homeschool Mom Who Couldn't Find What Her Kids Needed
Kristina Olock spent years searching for a curriculum that connected subjects the way children actually learn — through wonder, through story, through a single living theme that opens into everything. She found plenty of worksheets. Plenty of song playlists. Nothing that wove music, science, geography, art, and culture into one experience that a child would choose voluntarily.
So she built it herself.
Animal Alphabeats begins with an animal for every letter of the alphabet. Each animal becomes the doorway to an original song, a science deep dive into its biology and habitat, a geography lesson about where it lives, a cultural exploration of the people who share its ecosystem, hands-on art and creative projects, and a conservation story that gives every child a reason to care.
Krissy designed it for her own children first. Then she realized every homeschool family she knew was looking for exactly the same thing.
What Happens in an Animal Alphabeats Class
Each unit explores one animal in depth. Your child will sing original songs, explore the animal’s biology and habitat, find its home on the map, learn about the culture surrounding it, create hands-on art projects, and discover why conservation matters — all in one session.
Classes are taught by Kristina Olock at Halo Music Studio in New Holland, PA. Every session is small — ten students maximum — and produces portfolio-ready documentation that satisfies Pennsylvania’s required music instruction for homeschooled students.
This is not a singalong. This is a real curriculum — independently audited at 9.5 out of 10 — that happens to be so engaging your child will ask to come back.
